    I try and not look at the timer til half way. If I look up before hale I tell myself "toughen the f up" look up half way "on par" past half way "cake" then I stare at the time for the last 15 seconds

    Does it take longer and longer for the shaking to subside? I start out and the first 15 secs are golden then the trembling starts. I wouldn't say my form dips or I would stop but the shaking persists but I guess that's the work right?
