That would be awesome if you could flip the cushions and they'd match the color of the frame.

Don't get me started on sofa prices though. I have a Coalesse Switch sofa that I acquired in a furniture trade. I have to save - price wise - I came out way on top. But then I had too many sofas. So I got rid of the larger one that didn't fit correctly in our room.

The same guy wanted to trade a set of Knoll Club chairs for a firearm of mine. I think he realized I again would be getting the sweet deal.

That's way too much for me, and doesn't even look very comfortable. This one (from the same NYT piece) reminds me of the "mid-century" sofa I grew up with. More my cup of tea:

Try adding three small kids to the equation. I wont put my hand between the cushions or along the back without gloves on.
