I am using a Paragon low mount drop out for the first time and was wondering if anyone had had any experience with routing the brake hose in the down tube.
Using Columbus Zona so the walls are not paper thin
Thanks

In my limited experience (5 internal routed top tubes)- the larger the tube diameter, the easier it is to get it positioned so it runs without touching the inner tube wall and gentler the curving needed. Should be straightforward, just be mindful of the tube butts and the most natural entry/exit points.
I agree with you. You should have a bigger diameter so that it becomes easier for the cycle to run.

Matthias from MAWIS bikes (Germany) has realized this with a PF30 BB. The cable is routed through the downtube into the left chain stay and will come out again in from of the brake in low mount position.
