The general feeling in Mexico is that Guzman will buy his way out of prison again, one way or another. Some say that he 'let' himself be captured so the President of Mexico, Peña Nieto, who is widely considered to be very corrupt, can build his flagging public support with El Chapo's capture and surrounding publicity. Guzman will then 'escape' again and so it goes.
