    Default Running hydration belt suggestions

My middle kid asked for a running hydration belt for a birthday gift. Two criteria...one bottle and needs to fit an iPhone XS (78mm x 158mm). He does about 10-20K when he’s out if that means anything...thanks.

Nathan has nice hydration systems. Although, I always thought the belts bounced too much and prefer either the Salomon SLAB Vests or the Nathan Hand Held squishy bottles.

I'd stick with a armband holder for the phone. Liquids and phones don't mix well over time.

I know its not what he asked for but I would second the vest over belt suggestion from Vert Doug. Surprisingly comfortable. I get on better with the ultimate direction ones than the Slab.

Yeah, and the best part is the Vests cost a lot more... Since Supreme Court ruled Money = free speech in Citizens United, we can assume in America, Money = Love. So show your child how much you love them....
