Fillet brazing Ceeway DR06 drop outs
Hello folks,
Has anyone used the cast steel DR06 dropouts from Ceeway and fillet brazed them? They are listed for TIG welding but was wondering if there's enough material to get a good fillet on.
Posted this again as I forgot to put my full name on the previous post.
Cheers,

Yes. Ish.
I have fillet brazed the DR03 dropouts from ceeway (QR and post mount flavour of the DR03) and they're fine.
Worth noting they work well with a relatively small diameter chainstay and also worth looking carefully at chainstay length / foot size as they are are relatively wide around the. I used these on a CX frame that has had 3 years of racing on it so I am happy there is enough material for a strong joint.

Thanks for the reply Tim and the feedback. I went ahead and got a set and will be brazing them next week once I've got the chainstays cut.

Hello, sorry for dredging up old thread, but can you share some pictures of the dropout on the frame?
Thank you!
