    Default Seat Mast Topper

    I've got a project coming up that'll require a seat mast topper but the shape of the tube dictates that I need to make my own.
    I'd like to fab up something like what Rob English does or what No. 22 does Ti Seat Mast Topper - No. 22 Bicycle Company

    Can anyone provide the tubing ID required for the Enve clamp hardware?

    FTR, I recognize that seat masts are kind've dumb. At least I'm making this . . . not buying.
