One Word Benjamin 'Roasters"
Maybe The Graduate had it wrong and its not plastics but roasters. FT just came out with a story on why coffee costs so much and how the money spent on a cup of coffee gets allocated. Seems roasters get the biggest chunk and have a profit margin of like 50%. Not bad -Mike G

My takeaway from that was different: it seems to me that you want to have total sales around $500k PA to be in the thick of it. That's a lot of coffee to sell.
