I used to paint frames a long time ago, back in the Imron days.

I was looking at dual-plate crowns and was wondering how to get paint evenly inside between the plates ?

None of the nooks and crannies I ever faced was as tricky as that area. I used a touch-up gun but never really turned it down
as far as it would go for THAT kind of detail work.

My wild-ass guess was to lightly pre-paint with a brush just to be certain to get full coverage, and then paint as normal for a regular crown ?
