Jazz pianist and musical historian, Dr Billy Taylor did a documentary profile of Aretha in the 60's?
Billy Taylor made many music documentaries in an effort to record the rich heritage of American music.
I saw this documentary and was very moved.
I viewed it in a music history class in the 70's.
I've searched for it, but without success.
Anyone able to assist?

My intro to Aretha was catching a ride with several girls in high school on a summer evening.
They had Aretha blasting in the car.
I was hooked then and there.
Probably 68ish.
