Little holiday help from the polite folks up North?

Folks,

Heard an interview with Katherena Vermette on Q not too long ago. I'd love to score a copy of it but it looks like its not available in the US until early Spring.

I tried ordering it from the publisher but it looks like they're not willing to ship it to the states. I'm coming up empty on google searches to purchase it. I'd love to be able to give this as a xmas present. Anyone up in Canada able to help?

Another place to consider is abebooks.com. It is an online vehicle for small bookstores if you didn't know about it. Generally they sell used books but there are plenty of new books too. Here's a quick search for you for US retailers of Katherena

Thanks! We've had little luck with the folks up north -- seems to be sold out in most bookstores and not back in stock until Jan 2018.
