I'll be filling a growler to two.

Had a few Hop Guns from Funky Buddha at dinner. Now having a North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial.
I should get something else for tomorrow. Maybe something from Cigar City. I can't wait for Wynwood to start bottling/canning.

Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.
Courtesy my ever generous brother in law, I've been enjoying some really interesting stuff from The Garage Project out of Wellington, NZ.
They do some crazy high wire stuff like beer with mango, chilli, Vietnamese mint and lime juice. Yeah, I know, you're thinking 90% of these kinds of beers are utter crap; so do I but somehow these guys make it work. Check them out if you get a chance.

i had a sip of sunshine IPA from VT. not a bad start to the week.
We are lucky to have The Better Beer Store in Winchester, VA close by. It's always an IPA for my wife and I. Today it's Dominion Double D, or Troeg's Perpetual IPA. Later in the week, who knows? An IPA though for sure, maybe Green Flash or Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter, we'll see.
Right now, Palmetto Brewing Expresso Porter; a tasty collaboration from Charleston Coffee Roasters & Palmetto Brewing, both out of Charleston, SC. Oskar Blues Old Chub is in the fridge, too.
Jon Stone. Raconteur, Bon Vivant, Wabibito.

I spotted this the other day..
I had a Ballast Indra Kunindra yesterday, stout brewed with curry spice and kafir lime. Will not do so again.
Have been enjoying their Even Keel session IPA.
Maine Beer Co. Porter, and Peeper Ale.
My folks are in town this weekend so will probably go grab a couple growlers at Half Acre of whatever they're doing these days.
my name is Matt
I found a new one toady from Cigar City Brewing - Jolly Ollie IPA. Its a play on words about what people try to call their flagship IPA Jai Alai. It should be great.
Also picked up another sixer of Pinner from Oskar Blues - I've really been enjoying this hop forward session IPA. delicious.
The first days of heat and humidity here in NYC caused me to polish off a sixer of Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin. I find it very refreshing.
Finished off my 6er of Westbrook Brewing Co Gose. Definitely not for everyone, but on a hot and humid day like today, I'm not sure that I'd reach for anything else. Tart, refreshing, a little bit of saltiness and the coriander bringing out the wheatiness of the brew.... Gotta find some more of that before Ballers.
We went to the left local craft beer pub down the street last week. Had the Anderson valley blood orange gose. Low alc, sour and salty. Probably would be a great sunny day beer served cold.
Second the Pinner IPA and the Lagunitas Little Sumpin'. That stuff is the business.
I just got home from the 14 hour drive from Brevard back to Miami. Opened the fridge and had a Brevard brewed Oskar Blues Old Chub sitting there. I had no choice but to crack it open.
Can someone define "craft beer" for me?
I'm sitting here with a bottle of Lone Star red.

It's whatever you want it to be. There was a great article about the craft empire posted in the drinkers thread I think.
Anyway, I'll be enjoying a pint, or two, or three tomorrow at Freewheel in Redwood City. They do proper real ale pretty much exclusively. And at reasonable abv, you can enjoy a couple. Or more.
I basically live on Victory Brewing Company's various ales. Including Victory, there are three microbrewers which have brewpubs within a three mile radius of my house. There are also several local bars which cater to micobrewers... Every week is craft beer week 'round here.
