Default Reliable East Coast Auto Transport?

Since this forum seems to be a wealth of knowledge about everything and there are alot of car people on here thought I'd take a shot…

Short Story: Looking for a reliable and honest car transportation company to get my Mom's car from Florida to NY and back.

Details: Nissan Altima to be transported from Ellenton, Florida (near Sarasota) to Syracuse, NY and back. Needs go go up Early June and return late August.

We have tried this the last 2 summers and it has been an absolute disaster both times with 2 different companies. Car has always been way late. One time it was almost 2 weeks late. Poor communication. No communication. We've been lied to. Terrible customer service. I could go on and on. Mom is getting older and does not deal well with this and is already fretting about what to do this summer.

It's just a Nissan so it's not some exotic sports car. I think she paid about $800 each way.

Let me know if you have a company that you have used with good results and would recommend.

    Thanks a bunch!

Last year I used Intercity Lines to transport my Alfa from SoCal to St Louis. No problems - I'd use them again.

I used Intercity Lines to transport Toot's Nova from Maryland to California. Great service, highly recommended. They're the tiniest of companies so booking is dependent on their existing schedule, but they're easy to work with.
