Maybe check out Nuun? The have a few different options. Scroll down on this page to see the nutritional info. Some of the flavors taste pretty good too. I drink the Kola flavor when I ride to get my soda cravings somewhat under control.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
You might get a whole bunch of suggestions here but all I can say is I've been pleased with Hammer HEED. Haven't tried many of the flavors because the orange tastes so good. I'm sure they have some smaller samples so you don't have to commit in case digestive system doesn't agree, but I've always bought the vat.
Happy hydrating!

Re: --- your assistance, please...
I would put a vote in for Skratch. Flavors are good, fewer non-naturals, low cal.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Maybe pedialyte. Should be available at the cvs.

Another vote for scratch. Lo cal, easy on the digestion

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Supposedly pedialyte is the most common hydration drink used in the NFL (i.e., pour out the sponsor's product and put pedialyte in the bottle). I think it's pretty low in sugar, but you should check.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Three points:
1. Have you ever tasted Pedialyte? it tastes like sh*t.
2. Try the Skratch "everyday hydration" mix for the low sugar, but electrolyte rich drink mix. Not the "exercise drink mix" which does have more calories... though less than some other drink mixes. I really like Skratch products as they use natural flavorings and are easy on the belly.
3. The Nuun or Hammer Endurolyte Fizz tablets are another alternative for hydration without calories. Find a flavor you can tolerate and drink up.

I'm someone who looks for screw-top wine because a cork is too much trouble. Those nuun tablets are super easy to pop into a water bottle. No measuring or shaking. Could make a difference to even a non-lazy person who uses a lot.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Try diluting the Gatorade, 2:1, 3:1, or more.
I use Vitalyte. Available at REI.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Second on Vitalyte formerly known as Gookinad ERG electrolyte replacement glucose. I buy them 12 at a time.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Skratch is my go to when I'm feeling towards the ill side and/or wanting to top off all the reserves before a long race. Flavors are amazing..so amazing, people make Skratch-a-rita's...
Bonus is you can get it single serve to determine if it agrees with her. GL!

Yep but don't waste your money on it.
The cost of Pedialyte is insane, when what's in the bottle is worth about 2 cents.
Google "WHO oral hydration formula" and make your own.

Re: --- your assistance, please...
Has anyone mentioned coconut water? The convenience stores on the major bike routes around here can't keep it stocked on weekends. Seems more popular than Gatorade.

I love the stuff, but I'd think it would get pricey to drink regularly. A lot of love here for Skratch, which I like a lot. I've just started trying Osmo and I love it. The taste is a little smoother, which is a nice change of pace. I can't drink something like gatorade anymore without watering it down. I still find all that stuff too sugary for use off the bike. The great thing about Nuun is that there's no sugar, if that's something you're trying to avoid. It also works well for minor hangovers.
