    Default Galvanic corrosion

Carbon and aluminium are not very compatible when it comes to being joined together. They need to be insulated by a fiberglass barrier or proper bond gap and complete disconnect via epoxy. This frame is just three years old, galvanic corrosion will kill a joint fast.
Frame was fully warranted no questions asked.
Proper technique will save head aches down the road, I have repaired quite a few delaminated-corroded bottom brackets.
