    Default Happy Mardi Gras

    Wish I was there...

    This one has cherry-cream cheese filling. I made another with brown sugar pecan filling. The filling kind of blew out (as you can see), but it's still tasty. A little too tasty...

    Surely there must be some other culinary excesses out there this season.
