Default A question for our friends in Australia

    Before I go to bed:

Has the world ended, or should I set my alarm?

    Thanks.

I've been calling random phone numbers in Auckland all day and people have been answering.
Pissed that I woke them in the middle of the night, but nevertheless, they are picking up.

    I think we're good.
    my name is Matt

Well, if the end of the world is coming, and if it is not even half as bad as depicted in the movie Melancholia we'll all be so depressed by the time it rolls around, it'll be a relief and we'll be glad to go.

Late to the game on this, but in Sydney right now. Haven't fallen off of the planet yet.
Fights begin, finger prints are took, days is lost, bail is made, court dates are ignored, cycle is repeated.

I think Y2K must have re-set the Mayan calendar, or perhaps the Mayans didn't allow for it...

Who knows? We're all still here I think.
