What are your workouts and exactly what types of workouts in the gym do you do during the winter to get ready for crit season and even road season?
I am back to carrying around 20lbs extra from a recent head injury and time with no exercise. I am 180lbs 5'9" right now and want to get back to 160lbs.
I still have a big upper body from the many years of DH. I want to burn that extra fat and get rid of that muscle whist working more on my lower body and core.
