    Default Tubing butt gauge

I bought this gauge from Jeff Gjertsen in Austin a couple of days ago. It's pretty well made and it was only $50. I had planned to make my own, but Jeff's are well priced. I figured I'd share it here because I don't know of anyone else producing them.
I don't think his website works yet, but his email is Jeff@gjertsencycling.com

Got a link? That looks like one that Dazza made. I made one from scrap of thick wall tubing a brazed ball bearing.

Nice to know about Oregon Rule Co.

That's a nice looking tool. I also thought it was funny the ruler was in inches.

you can get stick-on rulers from many sources. I bought some from a woodworking store. Funny thing is that the metric version is 10' long.

That's a pretty great looking little tool.

Gjertson seems like a pretty talented young dude - I think he's introducing a revised version of his jig at NAHBS.
