    My eighth pass on .035 cromoly tubing with er 70 as filler which is probably wrong. Much respect for people who can do this around miters. I think I will stick with brass!

    RG-45 is the filler rod for gas welding mild steel. I'm not sure what's appropriate for cromoly, but it works fairly well for handrails and trailer hitches.
