If you really want fillet vagabonde and edelbikes have to be considered, Levacon is not specialist for 29" but the reference for welding in France, fillet brasing or TIG

Good call, but he's not taking orders for Mtb's anymore.

Dario doesn't do Mtb's by years, and as much as I know him, no 29ers

He's an awesome welder, I forgot he was doing fillet. He's not considered as the best bike designer out there though. Oh, btw I think his lead time is over a year currently?..

I got a chance to meet the maker of Konga at the Portland Handmade Bike and Beer Festival just a couple weeks ago. Great guy. He had a push bike he'd built for his young child along with him -- I've got a couple shots of him holding it. Nice work.

I am rather pleased with the way Tom Kutin from http://www.singlebe.com/en/ transformed my request for a modern disc Radonneur.
Using a cool mix of Raynolds 853 and Dedacciai tubing anlong with some Paragon stuff and some of his own applications as well

YES he does the painting by himself just aswell

Here is some more Pictures of his work: Flickr and Flickr
