Same - but I also don't want to see Cam doing a superman dance after every scramble.

Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.

I think Superbowl 50 is going to be a lot like the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections - where an respected, affable old white Republican gets his ass kicked by a cool young black guy.

Former UT quarterback Vince Young charged with DWI

    :-(

Speaking of mediocre QBs. This guy electrified a 50,000 student-body campus. I saved the Daily Texan every Monday in 2005. This guy was a god on campus. NFL? Mediocre.

sad.... that UT-USC championship game was still the best game I ever saw. Probably one of the greatest performances too...

(Us mortals have no idea how good every player on a NFL pro team is)

Except that the quarterbacks don't play each other. That's why I think this QB vs QB thing is so ridiculous. Brady vs Manning.... They've never been on the field of play at the same time during a play.

Anyway, I'm kinda pulling for DEN. I love the city and have friends there.

Of course, since the Packers left the field they're all just exhibition games anyway......

I can't see the Broncos having a chance at all. The Panthers are fast at every position. Denver's defense may put a hurting into the Panther's offensive line, but but that's only 30% of what they are up against. And Denver's offensive line has to hold off the defense for ages longer than the Panther's offensive line does, because of Newton's arm, his legs and his intelligence. Manning has his intelligence, which is formidable but he's not going to get away with it this game. The Panthers play so fast! The Patriots v. Broncos game was two old guys in the last year(s) of their careers using every trick in the book - and they have big books! But both QB's are probably feeling pretty lucky they aren't in the hospital today after the defensive assaults they faced. Those are the sort of games where guys think about retirement seriously enough to check with their lawyer, accountant and agent. I can't see Denver winning this one.

Complaining about dancing at this point is sort like complaining about electric light versus candles.

Special offer for next season: for $30 gift card to the cheescake factory, I will start a thread stating why your team's QB is overrated. And then your team will go to the super bowl.

I sorta think the original odds were in your favor. How many times does an athlete perform in the one or two years after they sign a long term contract?
