One thing that is missing from Strava is getting the average power for each lap you do on a trainer. I do a lot of my structured training on a trainer and the inability to report my average for each "lap"/interval means I have to get the data elsewhere. According to Strava, they are looking into adding the feature though.
I've played around a little bit with Training Peaks and Raceday. Both are a bit more complicated and less pretty but offer more detailed power training analysis. I find I don't need that much detail as all of my work is steady-state rather than having lots of spikes.
What I like about Strava is that so far it's the prettiest and easiest way to share and review my rides as well as track equipment mileage.

You certainly can get average/max HR and power for stationary laps - let me know if you need help.

Strava doesn't calculate/estimate power for stationary activities.

Re: anyone use Strava Premium?
I use it, have a PM and HRM. The basic analytics are nice to use without having to spend a bunch of time learning how to use software (GoldenCheetah, TrainingPeaks) that's way over my head/needs.

Re: anyone use Strava Premium?
I pay for premium. It's worth it to me because I've gotten so much from the service in the form of meeting new people to ride with and to track my mileage and training in a simple interface. Also, the route builder tool is way better than MapMyRide's.

Strava has never calculated/estimated power for stationary activities - unless of course you forget to turn off your GPS and it 'thinks' you are riding around in crazy circles. Strava WILL show your power for stationary activities if you are riding with a powermeter.
Happy to help if you have questions!

Re: anyone use Strava Premium?
do you work for strava?
several times last year I got power estimates on screen, and yes, I turned off the GPS (I do know enough to do that). must have been something buggy with your site, then.
