What did you cook for breakfast this morning??!!
I had 15 minutes before I needed to roll out the door and yesterday I did it with and empty stomach and regretted it. This morning was different. There was Winnimere sitting on the counter, and half a Red Hen Baguette.
Slice baguette
Fry Eggs
Toast baguette next to eggs
schmear baguette with winnimere
Top with eggs.
only took 12 minutes.

Be sure to pour all the butter/egg bits left in the pan on top.

After shoveling out this morning, I thought I'd work on my egg poaching technique while waiting for the groomers to finish the trails.

Still needs work, but getting better.

coffee. whilst sipping that, put a banana, frozen berries, some avocado, Greek yoghurt, handful of oats, and semi skimmed milk in the blender, whizz, add some lime juice, drink, and away you go.

Thanks to TT's inspiration, I have been enjoying a nice run of awesome yogurt batches I have been making in the instant pot.
Last couple of days I have been mixing in a handful of paleo friendly granola I made. The recipe calls for too much honey making it too sweet for my taste, I'm going to sub maple syrup next time...
