Thanks brothers. I got to the pears just in time. Looks good. Ten jars of pears ala RIHans and two boozy pears with fresh vanilla bean and decent vodka with a splash of Absolute Citron.

HAHA excellent thanks I'll do that. I just made a large amt. of heavy whip creme w/vanilla bean and makers mark (reduced) for an office party tomorrow. Maybe I'll crack a jar and sample the wares, they will marry quite well methinks.
