it doesn't have an emergency numbers section available on the lock screen?

Found a six pack today, slightly worse for wear. It took some serious will power not to power chug two.

Wow, thanks for posting this. I didn't even know that was a thing. I just updated my phone. I figured it was 911 or nothing. Work requires that I have a lock screen if I'm going to get emails sent to my phone.
I ended up giving the found phone to my neighbor. I didn't want to throw it out but I didn't know what to do with it.

In 2002, while riding to the coast from Eugene, Oregon out in the middle of the coast range, I came across a pile of dildos. I had to take a picture of course. I found a high school kids wallet at Donner Lake a couple weeks ago. It had 2 dollars in it.

That's neat Caleb.
When I lived in WY my pals stashed a canoe way way way back in the mtns. on a very inaccessible lake with the most perfect waterfall where trout loved to rise. They only let me in on the secret after I'd been there a year with strict instructions how to approach the boat and leave no signs.
You have to wonder.

A couple of weeks ago I was paddling on a river, and I could see one on the bottom, just the gunwales showing, in the silt.

Many police departments participate in a cellphone donation program. Phones dropped off at the front desk are given to agencies assisting battered women shelters, the poor, etc.
Just an FYI.

Sooooo a few years back I found a live iphone in Georgetown. Call to the owners home blah blah blah. Despite my best efforts the owner is convinced I'm trying to shake them down. I FRIGGIN' offered to put it in an envelope at my expense and mail it but nooooo they don't want me to know the address?
Lost my patience and canned. Donation should have been the option. oh well.

Tip: Drop off the found phone at your local police department. They will call the owner the reunite the phone with them. I found a locked iPhone on Thanksgiving Day last year while on a bike ride. Fortunately, the phone had a message on the display saying "the phone was lost; please call XXX-XXXX". I contacted the owner then dropped it off at the local PD even though the owner was from out of town. The desk sergeant said this happens all the time.

VT Rtes 8 & 100. Nothing fancy but I've been going through a dry spell.

Not on a ride, but leaving soccer practice tonight the glare of streetlight caught this contrasting just right. Appears to have been run over a couple times, but hey... it's a G-Shock.

Hey goor,
No shit, a pile of dildos. That's funny. Back when I was a property adjuster I was inspecting a roof and there was a GIANT one in one of the valleys. Threw it back down in the yard, figured someone was probably looking for it.

Anyway, I hear this loud metalic bang, and see this tube come popping out from under the car. I figured it had just run over something. I get up to it and bend over to pull it off the road, and feel that it's pretty warm, hot in fact, and realize that it came off that car. Well, the road had a long gentle downgrade before an intersection with a yield right-hander. I look up just in time to see the car round that bend, and then hear the engine wind up WAY into the red-line.
Heh... Yep, it had dropped the drive shaft. Sucked to be them, I'm sure.

Found myself a Real McCoy Wizard Wah this morning. This is the first time I've found something worth while.
I rode another 17 miles with that thing . . . . I hope it works.
Retail on the newest version of this thing is $235. Not too shabby

That wristwatch is in GREAT shape for having been impacted by multiple automobiles. Good find for you!

I wonder how many people saw that pedal and just thought it was something that fell off a car.
