Default new RS bottom bracket shell now available atmo -

after years of offering these bad boyz to the trade, i finally had the tool
modified and am now able to supply the best bb castings in the industry
to folks who desire them sans (without) the RS logo window underneath.

batch one has arrived in steel and stainless steel atmo. if you are a f'builder
reading here and want info and ordering details, please let me know.

    thanks, huh.

    sorry.

i am an oval stay devotee.
for the tool to get modified for other shapes, i would need orders upon orders.

i'll listen - if folks add to the demand, i will accommodate atmo.

... from us are very unlikely. We do only about 30 units per year. If there are enough others, we'd be interested. We gave up on the US cast ones earlier this year and are using a Taiwan manufacturer now. Less expensive, more symmetrical, better geometry, better threads, better bores, etc.

Damn, Those BBs are beautiful. Kinda makes me want to stop fillet brazing and go back to lugs. But I'm hung up on compact geometry. And I agree the oval chainstays are the kind. ATMO

I've been to several b.b. king concerts and it was never cheap.

Fulfilling on a emotional level but lightening on a cash flow basis.

Perhaps I misunderstand the reference. Perhaps there is no reference. Perhaps I am attempting to dereference a non-existing reference which, of course, gives me a null pointer exception. I will correct and move on.

    Nothing to see here.

um "b.b." as in bottom bracket. A double entendre for the kids.

all one's lugged sloper top tube needs are met by DaZZa's
OS tube {1'' steerer} lugs sets
Slips real nicely into a frame with Richie's new shell
    details here http://www.llewellynbikes.com/thegallery/album54
and for big, tall, beefy lads then the XL fellas {1 1/8'' steerer} do the trick
    details here http://www.llewellynbikes.com/thegallery/album24

When I get back mid October from my stint with the Aussie national team in Europe I will be rolling my OS tubed frames along with Richie's new BB shell.
The supply of nice frame castings with good design elements has never been better than this current time of steel frame production.

    Ciao
    Cheers Dazza

I told you I didn't understand the reference. D'oh! :bike:

My passion for blues kicked in and I couldn't see the forest for the trees on that one.
