    Default Sharing Moto Routes

I'll get this rolling and share a hellofagoodone. This one starts near Floyd, Va to Burke's Garden. This gets you into some really amazing locales in a place with special plants and floura. There is a terrific Amish run place to have lunch, can't miss it. The return route is very twisty.

I just got this route from someone at another forum. This is the 2016 RAAM route in one file so kudos to the man who created this. I've done this route during RAAM while supporting and it's a beast. Would be incredible on Moto.

Burkes Garden is a hidden gem in Virginia. Easily accessible off I81 from Marion Va. The ride from Marion to Tazwell is known as the back of the dragon and is super twisty. Burkes Garden is the highest valley in Virginia and feels like riding in Switzerland.

The RAAM route reminds me that Scooter Cannonball 2023 is rumored to go from San Diego to Jacksonville, FL. Yep it's a thing, 400 mile days on a scooter that can't be more than 300cc. This is something that I might actually consider. I've ridden bicycle and motorcycle cross country so why not try it on a scooter.

There’s a Dukes of Hazzard museum in Luray. Spitting distance of Skyline Drive.
And the burger at Daves Taverna in Harrisonburg is worth the trip.

    Just saying.
