Anybody dealing with Hidradenitis Suppurativa?

Been dealing with it for a while but mostly minor/under control/intermittent. Now it seems to be more constant and is impacting riding. I know what the Internet says about it and have talked to my dermatologist about it but am frustrated by the seemingly very few concrete avenues for treatment.

Would be interested to hear of any strategies for management/minimizing episodes that have been successful.

Sympathy for you my man. I am not a doctor or do I play one. Back in the bad old days of UltraCycling training I would use the strongest Benzoyl peroxide OTC I could find and apply that in the shower. This seemed to keep tender skin managed. Fair warning, Benzoyl Peroxide will bleach clothing so be sure to towel off using a white towel.
