    Default Concierto De Aranjuez

    What is your favorite flavor?

I have 3 in mind, but it is a much loved tune.

Let me hear your pic and I hope I will gather another favorite.

I'll throw this out there as a starter.

I'm a sucker for Paul Desmond, but this is a great collaboration.

    Thanks much in advance,

Not sure these are my "favorite flavors" but they're the ones I'm most familiar with:

Chick Corea used it as the introduction to his composition "Spain" on Return To Forever's second album Light As A Feather:

And arranger Gil Evans famously used Rodrigo's second movement as the kernel for much of the material on Miles Davis' Sketches Of Spain album:

Check out "Brassed Off", where the orange juice is played by a colliery band with the solo taken by a cornet.

Yes, Miles is also one of my 3, but I'm sure there are others.
