    Default Vermicular Musui-Kamado

I had a chance to use a Vermicular Musui-Kamado for a week and I'm hooked. The only problem is, it's an Instant Pot that costs $670. An amazing device with superb precision and more ways to tweak your cooking, rather than the "push the black button" approach on Instant Pots. There have been a bunch of 20% off coupons floating around through cooking magazines and the like. Anyone have a link to the discount? I promise a verbose review if someone can help me get a discount. Thanks!

I'd love to see you cook a brisket in that.

I did a couple rolled flank steaks with morel filling, a Mexican stack of skirt steaks larded with homemade chili sauce, a cassoulet with Rancho Gordo beans, and a feijoada. Plus a couple minor items. I have to say, it did an amazing job and I could tailor it precisely to address the morels without making everything bland or soggy.
