Trail, head tube angle, fork offset, ride characteristics?

Hi all,
Hoping someone could provide some advice on front end ride characteristics for a new custom cx/gravel bike.

I'm trying to understand if 2 identical frames with the same trail but one with a slacker head tube and the other with a steeper head tube would ride the same? (all parts the same, stem,bars etc and fork offset compensated to give the same trail)

For example, all things being equal, with a 33mm tyre, would the following examples ride the same? If not, what would be the characteristics?
(large variance just for comparison)

Take a look at what that does to front center (and resultant wheelbase).
