^^^This. I always search on the text string "a band called ________" (both with and without quotation marks) before any band name makes the final cut.

Ironically, there are contemporary bands out there who clearly didn't follow the same practice, as they have the same name as bands I played in previously. Whatcha gonna do?

Have you guys thought of something along the lines of "The Beatles"? I hear that's not taken.
