Default steel 44/56 tapered head tubes?

Anyone know of someone who makes this head tube?
Not the integrated version but one for inset cups like the King i2.
Loco no longer makes them I hear, and Paragon hasn't started making the steel versions.

    Thanks,
    Whit

@Whit: As far as I know, Mark at Paragon is the only one making them to my knowledge.

Email or call Mark at Paragon directly as he is usually really good about letting you know production time line schedules so you can plan accordingly.

Mark is saying 8-10 weeks. I just placed a request for some. It's a one-off job.
