    Default Jun's Kitchen

I have no idea where this really belongs, but it's fun to watch. The guy has good technique, and glorious knives and coffee gear.

    Without further ado...

Nice. Any idea what the knife is that he's using at 1:45? A Kramer?

I found it in the 'More Info' section under a different video of his.

Here's another cool thing he has in his videos. The flame is just lovely on it.

Not bad, but I've found something even cheaper. Portable gas cooker by Winco, got it from Restaurant Equipment Store | McDonald Paper & Restaurant Supplies for only 22.99$ and it's quite versatile! I love to use it while camping, as you can cook nearly everything with it... I'm really fond of compact designs, I guess.
