    Default internal cable routing

    Was just wondering if anyone had any input/info on the internal cable routing I am seeing on a lot of new carbon and aluminum bikes these days. It seems that there is just a plastic insert and then the cable and housing run free through the frame? Are they just glued in place?

    pros/cons?

    Also, does anyone know where to source something like this for builders?
