So, with everything else going on in my life I FINALLY got around last night to dealing with the Basil, Oregano, Cilantro and Dill that have been hanging and drying in the basement since October.

Dear lord, you forgot the potency of real herbs that you grew and dried.

The kitchen still smelled of Basil and Oregano this morning and my hands still carry the smell, the oils I guess.

All safely in bottles, in the kitchen ready to go into dinners as the spring and summer roll along.

This years crops have already been started as seeds.
