If we don't get any functioning adult in 2020 I may be forced to declare martial law and put a stop to the madness. I've tried to stay out of it but I may be forced to intervene should 2020 not bring better candidates.

It's a possibility I hadn't considered.

Bernie is certainly a front runner but I think he's too old (he's 75 now). Warren is also a contender but she's made statements that sound like she's not interested. Down the line I'm digging Kamala Harris (great record, Supreme Court possibility, young, etc.).
