Anyone here ever use it? Online training courses in a range of subjects.

There are some applications I really to brush up on and came across these.

I get to view those Lynda videos for free through work (I work at a university).

They are great. Even professionals in their fields use those videos to brush up on their skills.

Application development and technical training is basically what I do for a living and Lynda has been a reliable source of info for me and my teams as long as I can remember. Long before Lynda went .com. I say do it.

I did a pretty extensive Excel refresher through Lynda for school that was quite good.

I've attended live workshops with some of their experts at NAB (video editing and workflows) and they are outstanding. Literally some of the best learning I've ever participated in! I learned more in 90 minutes than months of reading textbooks. I've only had limited access to the website but from what I've seen it's excellent.

We've used them at work for a couple of the staff to brush up on new releases of CS (illustrator, photoshop). Favorable reviews.

Just to pile on, I get access through my workplace at a university. Incredibly helpful to do guides for software and internet applications. I have no idea what a license costs to use it, but my colleagues and I make good use out of it.
