Recommend me some summer shoes

I need some advice. I need some cooler shoes for work this summer and I can't find anything I like. I work in a hospital and interact with patients, MDs, nurses, and administrators. It's a pretty business casual environment. My go to footwear are Red Wing Iron Rangers in harness leather but I'm finding them just too warm now.

I want something with laces - no driving moc style or penny loafers. I'm not wild on the ubiquitous sperrys. I've have had Clark desert boots and hated them. (You see how I'm running out of good options here...)

Typical attire for me is khakis and a buttoned shirt, usually with sleeves rolled up to my elbow this time of year. 95% of the time I'm gonna be wearing brown shoes and belt. I'm 31 and don't want "old man" shoes yet but also I have about 20 employees I supervise (most of which are older than me) so I need to look mature and reponsible too.

U.S. made is a plus but not absolute deal-breaker.

James Crepe Oxford - Men_Shoes_Oxfords - The Frye Company

A few color options, simple styling, crepe sole makes them silly comfortable for work shoes. If you don't love this style, Frye makes tons of other great options.

I also tried the Clark chukka boots and really disliked them, so I had been avoiding Clark. But I bought these a few weeks ago and am really happy with them:

Johnston & Murphy has a nice range of casual shoes that look really sharp and are very comfortable. Not made in the USA though.

I like the looks of those Clark Denners. That's kind of what I had in mind. Professional but not too dressy. Cool I'll have to check and see what colors those come in.

Ill check out Frye too. My wife likes their stuff. I've never looked at their men's shoes.

Navy & tan, I think.

I'm thinking about some gray suede Johnston & Murphy chukkas next. I need to see if they're as comfortable as they are good looking.
