where do you aquire your stainless steel tubing.

I would like to build a bike using stainless steel tubing, but im finding it pretty darn difficuilt to aquire.

I have tried to create an account to login to the KVAstainless website to view some pricing on tubes but have had no reply, and cannot get any reply through the channels on the "contact us" page. Does anyone deal with KVA stainless at https://www.kvastainless.com/shop/login.php ?

im struggling for other places to look, there is an Australian distributor for columbus XCR tubing where im looking at paying a number approaching $1000USD per tubeset. This isnt a problem, but i'd like a comparison so i have a few questions.

if you build in stainless steel, what tubing do you prefer and where do you get it from? (and what is your main method of joining tubes together? e.g. tig // silver and lugs // fillet brazing ect..)

is this pricing reasonable or comparable to any other suppliers you know of?

I had the same issues a few weeks back. The 'Contact Us' emails didn't seem to get through to anyone or it bounced back. I finally called and spoke to Chris (I believe). He had it sorted out for me in about two minutes. Try this address: jmccrink@kvastainles.com

You can always try some new Reynolds 921 which I hear is easier to work with than KVA but plenty tough:
