    Hey that's a trip,
Why don't you wait a little bit for the acid to kick in?
    Learn to love,
that old come down it'll spread you so thin.
    Go and take the millions,
take the derby hats and stick 'em up your ass.
    I'll take the cheap seats,
For my company don't come served inside a glass.

    The hanging garden

Yesterday and today at the same moment

    The body lies, lifeless
Under a fog of blinding light
    A disturbed face
    The corrupted reflection

Getting stuck into a set of XL/ double over size/ "About" size lug set
The Italian look to lugs is a very tired look to my eyes, I need to insert creativity, to give them my flavour,
    so I curve them up.

Velo Zephyr kits are coming! Moving forward with the second from the left.

And there's going to be some of this pattern in the black shorts.

My friend is starting to share some of my shop space.

So I'll get to play with this a bit!

...which will help put these new tools to good use.

A saddle shell curing in the vacuum bag.

A saddle shell out of the vacuum bag.

A saddle shell after a little trimming and wet sanding.

This is a top secret part for the saddle above.

A recent repair where the customer opted to permanently integrate the seatpost into the frame.

Lots of custom handlebars and bar/stems to work on this month at Velo Zephyr!

    These bars are going narrower.

    So are these bars.

They started out 40cm c-c, and now they're 37cm c-c. They'll be part of a fully integrated aerobar/stem for multiple-time Masters world champion and world record holder, Rich Voss.

    Yep, that needs fixing.

I took these Profile Design Svet carbon base bars and made them narrower and gave them a little bit extra drop. They are for former US Hour Record holder, Colby Pearce.

I built this disc CX frame from tubes that I chopped out of a broken mountain bike. Just a fun experiment for a commuter bike for myself.

Yep, I'm taking on the wild repair request from the Framebuilders Facebook page. It's going to be pretty awesome.

Step 1, cut out the old shell.

Step 2, bond in a new shell. This will be a full carbon layup like a carbon frame would.

    Destroyed!
