Prelude for Easter...can you tell that Mrs. RW is into the holidays?
We won't be that fancy, with two little boys in the house. But we will eat well: leg of lamb is marinating, potatoes, beans etc. And the missus is making some sort of giant fruit and meringue thing for dessert.
Friday night lights...dyeing the eggs.
I selected the one dish from today's brunch that was the hands down favorite...endamame over asparagus with orange peel zest. Endamame, lightly pan seared with olive oil and garlic, placed over blanched asparagus, which was also pan seared with a little olive oil, sea salt and garlic. It is all gone.
