    Default Anyone here ever host AirBNB?

    My family and I are taking an extended vacation this year and I'm considering renting out our house. I'm just in the beginning stages now of checking out what's involved but any experiences y'all would like to share would be most welcome.

    I have stayed in someone's home, but never had mine on airBNB.
    However, I have a neighbor who has done house exchanges multiple times with no problems.
