Default because noobs need all the help they can get

I've decided that all the resources I find here need to be in one spot. I will try and keep the main post updated with relevant links and information as I come across them.

I don't get what you mean exactly, but I can see you are from Schenectady.

I'm not sure how this pertains to building a bike.

I was hoping to be able to go back and edit the original post with all the information i have gleaned from here. It doesn't look like I am able to do this though.

Tubing, Lugs, and many small parts can be obtained from Nova Cycle Supply
Paragon Machine works is a good place for what seems like mostly MB parts. They do a really neat Poly Drop which apears to allow you to build the frame around a specific chassis and then change out the dropout after the fact.
Richard Sachs, when he isnt policing the forums for pseudonyms and incomplete names, he puts togther a pretty nice site, and has good frame building materials.

Been done a few times in the various forums, here's an especially good one done by Walt:

Master list of framebuilding suppliers- Mtbr.com

Your wording is so ambiguous I could not get your meaning.

Now I see what you mean is "Listing of frame building consumables and their manufacturers"

    Gotcha.

that is great, thanks! I guess I keep forgetting about MTBR.com. I need to go explore there too, they sure are a trove of knowledge.
