DIY R/C Tank

Admit it, as an adult you have pondered a R/C car... but then well you just couldn't pull the trigger.

I figured a loop hole so you are not "that guy" with the R/C car. I built my own using Arduinos and considered it a learning experience what with the two radios and programming everything.


Controller, which uses an RF22 for the radio with a range of 800m and the arduino for command and control.


Tank, using another RF22 and arduino.


Because tank...


Fun project and I just wanted to share. I want to make a nicer enclosure for the controller though.

This is the great part about having kids. My son and I have a nice collection of electric R/C stuff now.
