Recently got an iPhone 5, and wanting to take pics on the bike without dropping the damn thing...does anyone have any recommendations for a writs strap or some such case with a strap or something that a) works and b) won't break the bank?

I went a different route and made my own neck lanyard. The lanyard is long enough that it goes around my neck and I can still stuff my camera into my back pocket.

I do this with a camera, but my main conundrum here is actually attaching a strap/lanyard to the smoothness that is the iPhone...
I've seen solutions where one clicks into the bottom charging plug, or uses those two tiny screws to either side of it, but neither looks like it would be very wise.

I use a RokForm RokShield v3. It comes with a wrist lanyard and a secure mounting point built into the case. I bought it because it comes with a 1/8 turn mounting bracket that can be attached to a dashboard or can accept a rare earth magnet in the back of the case to stick it anywhere. We have the standard mount in my wife's car and a magnetic mounting kit in my car where dash real estate is a little tighter. For a little more bling, they make a beautiful machined aluminum case.
