Unicrown blades?

Looking for blades for an upcoming project, basically a 700x45 shod bike, I am familiar with the offerings from True Temper and Nova, but not so much with other companies, it will be a disc fork, so somewhat robust legs, but 1.125"/28.6 blades or better still 25.4/1" but thick for touring or such.
Any experience?

Likely going with the TT 1" x thick blades, but wondering 1st if there are better options I am not familiar with from Columbus, Reynolds, Deda, ect.

what diameter do you want at the dropout end ?

reynolds have the following

EX770 28.6mm 631 material, 480mm length and tapered to 21mm tip 1.1/0.8 wall
EX771 28.6mm 631 material, 480mm length, non tapered, 1/1/0.8 wall

also EX772 31.75mm 853 material, 480mm length, tapered to 21mm tip, 1.2mm wall

dont know if any of these would be any use ?

See, that's the rub - I hate forks that long, and won't make them, they are bike breakers, and it's hard to cut down a uni blade a whole bunch.

Blades jump from 395-400ish right up to 480 with few inbetween, the True Temper 1.125" x 420ish being an exception, I just want a more sveldt one for this exact application.
I build to 440ATC max.

Haven't used them in years but Fairing use to make custom blades out of Reynolds steel.

Apologies for the dredge but figured it was warranted...

Looks like Columbus have got some new unicrown fork blades. P/N's are definitely Columbus but couldn't find the corresponding numbers in any of the latest Columbus documentation or website (maybe they'll appear with the next update).

The new Columbus FBRL16U-DSK are quite nice, you have them in both 400 or 440mm lengths, I've used the 400mm ones for non-corrected suspension bikes and also for 20" minivelos (cutting some length off) and so far so good.
