Default Axle holder for 8020 fork jig

So, I'm without a machine shop at the moment and would like to sure up my fork jig a bit. What I need is the little dummy axle holder that Alex Wetmore used to make. Anyone have one they don't use anymore or have a good idea on a pre-fab replacement?

    Thanks!

Alex Meade recently made me some very good blocks for fitting dummy axles to extrusion.

I'm one of the those who managed to score the Alex Whetmore fork jig kit. Made several forks on it, works great.
I can take some measurements if that would help?
Or I could take a stab at fabbing it for you. No cnc here, just a bridgeport:)
    cheers
