Not a lot of bike work this week. An LD start and a jig to drill 3/8" drain holes in bike racks prior to hot-dip galvanizing for my day job. It's nice to see something go from drawing to completed.

Started a CX disc brake bike with a 44mm ID headtube which needed a new HT tower on my jig.

I'd be lost without a lathe

I rescued a nice pantographing machine from the corner of a workshop. Thought it was going to be a fix-up job but turned out to be practically complete and perfect after I cleaned the rust off.

I had the idea to use one of my water jet cut headtube badges as a template to make a copy of my Kumo cloud. It worked pretty well!
Now I can use the brass copy plate to engrave the cloud on things
